TM-185M - The TM185M is a transom-mounted Chirp-ready transducer designed for offshore fishing and freshwater anglers who spend their time in shallow to medium depths. The mid frequency offers the right combination of under-boat coverage, extended depth range, and the ability to produce clean, accurate target and structure returns in mid to deeper waters. Operating at a frequency range of 85 to 135 kHz, this transducer detects fish at medium depths up to 457 m (1,500 ') and provides extremely clear target resolution.

TM185HW - Get more coverage under your boat with Airmar's unique wide beam, high frequency, and Chirp ready transducers. The high frequency band operates in a range of 150 to 250 kHz and has a fixed 25 ° beam. This results in a higher resolution. The consistently wide beam provides twice the coverage and excellent fish arches on the display than most high frequency narrow beam transducer options.

The high wide is the ideal choice for both inshore and pelagic fishing, where resolution and maximum coverage are essential up to 152 m (500 ').

D. buongiorno, chiedo se con questo trasduttore, essendo un chirp, è possibile fare la discriminazione fondale. Credo infatti di capire che quest'ultima è possibile averla solo con i trasduttori classici 50/200 non chirp. Grazie Francesco sferrazzo
R. 06-05-22 Buongiorno, per la discriminazione del fondale su apparati Furuno viene richiesta sempre una doppia frequenza, che sia chirp oppure monotono. Quindi con una sonda chirp mono frequenza la funzione BSD non utilizzabile come in questo caso specifico con la TM185. Cordiali saluti. Luigi Bianchi

Salve, avendo un furuno gp 1971f con p66 e volevo cambiare la sonda e volevo un vostro parere se montare una chirp (tm185 ) o tm 260 che qualcuno mi ha consigliato affermando che oltre una certa profondità il segnale chirp diventa monotono, pesco abitualmente su fondali da 20 a 50 metri però faccio poche volte all'anno bolentino profondo sui 300-350 metri. Già in passato posessore di una tm 150 e quindi conosco benissimo la definizione e quei target ben visibili del chirp rispetto alla monotono (p66), la mia incertezza è che la tm 260 sui bassi fondali mi faccia perdere di definizione. R. 16-05-2021 Buongiorno, per fondali massimo sui 300mt, consiglio sempre un Chirp, avrà sempre dettagli ben definiti rispetto ai classici 50-200khz, diversamente se avesse avuto necessità di spingere oltre, avrei consigliato il TM260. Cordiali saluti. Luigi Bianchi
