The 18x 5Hz GPS is a highly sensitive OEM GPS sensor for use in controlling machinery, driving and agricultural applications that require 5Hz position and speed reports from a small, high-precision GPS receiver.
Use in small spaces
This high-sensitivity, 12-channel parallel, WAAS-enabled GPS features a built-in magnetic base for easy mounting. The disc-like receiver is 2.4 "(6.1 cm) in diameter and weighs only a few ounces, making it an ideal solution for applications where space is limited.
Get accurate location data
The 18x 5Hz GPS stores configuration information in non-volatile memory so it starts up quickly every time you use it. It also features a real-time clock and raw measurement output data for sophisticated, high-precision dynamic applications. For greater accuracy, it offers a 5 Hz measurement pulse output with rising edges that align to precise 0.2 second increments of UTC, provided the receiver has reported a valid and accurate position in the last 4 seconds.
