we inform everyone that PAINESTORE is OPEN and OPERATIONAL .
We scrupulously observe all the regulations issued by the Italian authorities, we work every day with social responsibility.
We are taking all the necessary measures to deal with the emergency, to protect our customers, our staff and anyone who interacts with us.
As per the provisions of our Government, in these days our shop will be closed to the public, we will remain open only and exclusively to welcome couriers for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
We constantly monitor the evolution of the situation and make sure of the scrupulous observance of the provisions on the containment of the contagion by all our collaborators and employees;
All staff are equipped with suitable protections, masks and gloves; some of them work from home in Smart Working, always giving you the best service in terms of efficiency to your requests.
Even in a moment of particular difficulty, we continue to strive to guarantee our customers the best quality of service.
Our operations in these difficult days are reorganized, all shipments leave regularly thanks to the Bartolini courier to whom we trust who also reassures us on the efficiency both in deliveries and above all on the health safety equipment.
Our hours will therefore suffer a slight decline, we will be operational until 17.00.
Our Sales Department is available with unchanged competence and professionalism.
